This n That Ramblings

Where did November go? Sorry for the MIA trick, guess life caught up with me.

After the #1 son recovered (after giving his cooties to me, of course!) we celebrated his 14th birthday. I had a post all thought out to sing his praises, but it never got from my brain to the blog .... sigh. Then Thanksgiving happened and with travel and baking, the blog got neglected again. Now its December 1st and I'm determined to write something, even if it is only incoherant ramblings.

*It's December 1st: Do you know where your advent calendar is?

*It's December 1st, our favorite dog Spunkie who we had years ago was born this day. I was going to try to dig out a pic of her and scan it since she walked this earth pre-internet days, but i ran out of time. just imagine the cutest 30 lb mutt and that's her.

*We're still deciding what to get Joe for Christmas and I'm wondering if we might be able to find a dog, just like our Spunky. Does pet 'lightening' ever strike twice?

*I know what I want to get the big Mister, but dont' think he's going to like it. Should I get it for him anyway?

*The older I get the harder it is for me to come up with gift suggestions for myself for the big Mister. Its not that I don't want things, I just don't know what to tell him. Just don't get me something I 'NEED', k?

*Went to the dentist for a cleaning, the first one in a very long time (ahem). Wasn't as bad as I anticipated. I think dentistry has come a long, long way since when I was a kid and had the biddy from (well you know ....) who scarred me for life!

*Had a wonderful time at Thanksgiving this year. Went to my sis's and bro-in-law for some awesome Turkey and all the extras. Then went to my niece's for dessert. My bro and sis-in-law, my niece's hubby and 4 great kiddos plus my mom, sis and hubby and us had great fellowship over yummy goodness. Love making good memories with my family.

*Today I'm putting up our Christmas decorations. I like to wait a few days after Thanksgiving to give myself some breathing space between one holiday from another. A little margin in my life is a good thing.

Well, that's about all the ramblings I have stored up.

Til next time ....

Currently

Have you seen this one? Me neither. What are your 'currents'?

Current Books: Good Girls Don't Have to Dress Bad; I'm about 2/3 thru it and have really enjoyed it. Very helpful info for dressing well. Just finished Mrs Jeffries Speaks her Mind; cute cozy mystery. I have the whole series and reread them when I want a mindless escape. Write A Novel and Get It Published; waiting in the wings on my bedside table. Looking forward to seeing what this author has to say.

Current Playlist: Soul Sister or whatever its called. I know its an old song, but I love it! It makes me want to dance and sing along

Current Color: Dark Red and Black. My go-to colors for winter.

Current Drink: Diet Coke with Lime, a holdover from summer. Still enjoying it. But I do have some apple cider that I want to doctor up for the family and have some weekend.

Current Food: Been making a few pumpkin desserts, all keepers, and craving mexican!

Current Wishlist: a pumpkin candle, my current one has finally reached its end. Boots! but I don't want to pay the top dollars that my wide calves require. None of the regular stores carry boots for big calved women like myself. I checked. A date night with the hubster =)

Current Needs: A new bra!

Current Triumph: I've written over 24,000 words so far on my novel. That's alot of words. I'm so proud of myself and can actually see myself finishing this book next spring.

Current Bane of my Existence: Clutter, its definitely time to get rid of more stuff!

Current Indulgence: New nail polish-- Wicked and Devil's Advocate both by Essie. Now to get one or the other on my nails!

Current Mood: Mostly happy but anxious about a few things too ....

Current #1 Blessing: My devotional time this past month has been so, so good! Loving my time in the morning with my Lord.

Current Outfit: Jeans, long sleeve t-shirt, and cardigan.

Current Excitement: Hubby getting home from his business trip. It's been a long week without him.

Current Link: a gorgeous fall photo, you won't be disappointed.

So how 'bout you? What are your 'currents'?

House Names

Do you name your homes?

When I was younger I found that I loved mysteries, esp Agatha Christie mysteries and other british authors. I remember reading one of her books and there was a house named The Laurels. Yes, the houses actually had names, not numbers, at least I don't think they had numbers. But I digress. In another story, the house was named Sweetbrier. Cute, huh?

So twenty years ago or so, when Michael and I had just taken over my dad's biz and were struggling to make ends meet, we lived in this tiny little 2 bedroom cottage. It was white, small, no curb appeal or charm to speak of, but we were happy. The rent was low and it had wild sweetpeas growing outside the front door. I hadn't got into gardening yet at that time or maybe I just didn't have the money. Ha! So the sweetpeas were a welcome bit of color in the spring and summer.

For some reason, I nicknamed that little home "Sweetpea Cottage" and it stuck. Whenever we talk about the different places we lived, we always know which one was Sweetpea Cottage. We never refer to it in any other way. Our other homes we reference as "the one on langdon street" or "the duplex in auburn" but I will always think of that little cozy home as Sweetpea Cottage.

So, I could end this post right here, but its really just a prelude to what I've been thinking about. We've been here in the gorge now for over a year, and been living in another non-descript 2 bedroom home. I must say it's a bit bigger than Sweetpea was, and has twice the yard, fenced even. But woefully, it does not have twice the charm.

I would love to come up with a name for this home as we very well could be here for a bit longer, maybe alot longer. There's an old pear tree outfront and several worthless black walnut trees that make gardening prohibitive. Did you know that a black walnut trees roots will inhibit growing veggies within 5-10 feet of it? or was it 15 feet? Anyway, it basically makes growing a garden pretty fruitless .... or veggieless! Ha ha.

So if you think of a name for our home down here in the gorge, let me know. And I'd love to hear if you've ever named a home you've lived in. Or if the house came with a name.

Do You Pin?

Are you a pinner? You know, of the pinterest variety? Never heard of it? Well, you are just missing out on the most fun ... seductive ... time wasting website ever invented!

Someone described it like having a new magazine delivered to you every day!

Did I mention its addictive? Very, very addictive.

Here's a few examples of what I've found on Pinterest this week.

Or how bout some of this ....

Or if that's not your thing there's always this ....

And that isn't even the tip of the iceberg. There is so much more. So if this makes you salivate like it does me, drop me an email and I'll send ya an invite. Or if you're already a pinner, let me know so I can follow ya.

Six Things I Should Be Doing Instead of Blogging

1. Cleaning the bathroom.

2. Emptying the dishwasher.

3. Finish putting away the groceries I bought yesterday.

4. Folding clothes.

5. Swiffer the floors, esp our bedroom.

6. Cutting out two top patterns that I've been drooling over all summer.

Can you relate? Have you ever had one of those mornings? What do you do to avoid the “to do list”?

One Month Later ...

I visit my blog often. To check out my sidebar and see what other blogs are up to. And for the last month, seeing my Christmas post there, long after Christmas has passed I have been telling myself I need to write a new post. Cuz I'm sick of seeing "merry Christmas" every time I visit. Sick.of.it

And thru this last month, I have thought of a few things to blog about. They are still stirring around in the ol brain, not quite ready to put on paper yet (or computer screen as the case may be).

So yesterday when I was at the doc's office the nurse and I were chatting. I asked her if she was recovered from the holidays and we both realized that it has been a month, a whole month since that crazy busy holiday! Tho I love Christmas and all that goes with it, its always nice to get back to a bit of normal. And the older I get the more I feel that way.

So its back into our routine of school for #1 son, work for the hubster, household stuff like decluttering, deep cleaning and whatnot for me, along with a smidgen of writing on my novel, reading novels (research, ya know), a bit of crafting and sewing (mending mostly) and joining the ranks of thousands, if not millions on the diet treadmill.

I joined weight watchers online after talking to a good friend and seeing a couple bloggers talk about what a wonderful resource the online system is. I'm loving it and have lost 3 lbs so far. Not alot, but enough. And better yet, I'm not feeling like a failure and wanting to quit. Since I live in the boonies on the edge of nowhere going to a meeting wasn't really going to happen, so doing this online has been wonderful. (And yes, I'm still trying to adjust to living so far from anywhere! Condolence cards welcome).

So how bout you? What are you up to this January 2011?

Caffenated Randomness

I found this on the blogosphere a couple months back and put it in my to-do file for my blog. I thought it being a Friday and all, it'd be fun to have a lighthearted post today. So ....

The game is to share 25 completely random things about yourself and then tag a bunch of people to do the same.

1. I've recently switched back to caffeneited coffee from being a long time decaff drinker. My husband rejoices over this!

2. I love dogs!! All kinds, any kind. I really wish we had a dog.

3. I didn't want kids when I got married. Then I read a book and my mindset was changed. I wanted lots and lots of kids. We have one.

4. I love getting pedicures, esp in the spring and summer when I wear sandals 99% of the time.

5. I love doing my nails (fingers) and have a nice collection of polish now.

6. In the 2nd grade I remember being asked what I wanted to be when I grew up and I said: Vice President. I didn't want the responsibility of being President!

7. I am the youngest of 4. Hence, not wanting responsibility.

8. I had/have an older sister who did so much for me when I was young. See #6 & #7 above.

9. When I was young, probably 5 or 6, my older brother tickled me so relentlessly one day that I couldn't breathe. I don't like being tickled by anyone.

10. I want hubby to work for a company who will transfer us to Brazil for a couple years. I want to live there and soak in the culture, sunshine and language.

11. I listen to Pandora almost exclusively now.

12. We don't own a microwave at the moment.

13. We own 4 computers, 1 doesn't work, and one is a dinosaur that still has photos on it that I need to get off so we can donate it.

Boy, this randomness is harder than it looks!

14. My mil (who passed away last summer) used to watch QVC all the time. And she would buy stuff! I have now taken up the mantel. I watch QVC when there isn't anything else interesting on, which is more often than one would imagine!

15. I haven't bought anything from QVC yet, tho. Hubby is thankful.

16. Bad customer service really, really irks me.

17. My hubby went through massage school. He gives me a massage every week or 2. I'm his only client =)

18. I'm writing a children's novel. I've thought about it for years, but have only just started putting pen to paper.

19. I made up stories in my head growing up. I was always the star, the heroine, the leading role.

20. I love words and putting words together. I love language. And wish/want to learn other languages.

21. I'm learning portugese. Very slowly! And revisiting the french I learned in high school. I should consider spanish since it is the easiest to learn.

Almost done--whew!!!

22. I watch The Clone Wars cartoon on Friday nights, every Friday night, with my son.

23. My favorite part of church is worshipping God in song. I love to sing and worship Him.

24. I've been known to take my knitting to church and knit during the sermon. Hubby hates this so I only do it when he's home sick or studying.

25. I get bored easily!

There you have it, 25 random thoughts from me. If you've gotton this far, consider yourself tagged. Who's up next?

Changes for Spring Semester

Even tho hubby has only 2 classes he needs to take to graduate in May, in order to recieve fin aid, he has to take a full class load. And in order to stay in campus apts he has to be a full time student. So he is back to taking 4 classes instead of the 2 he needs. But that's ok, cuz its the last semester!!!

He is enjoying his break and has a full month off. We are celebrating with family in WA and enjoying the time we have here. There will be a honey-do list waiting when we return to Boise, but I don't think hubby is too motivated to work on it.

I'm spending the next couple days with my sister and my mom ... alone! How awesome is that. Some girl time--yes! The hubster and #1 son will hang out with grandpa and I'm sure they won't miss me much.

Random Thoughts

I have been very remiss in keeping my blog up to date! Please forgive me.

First off, do you know about Pandora? I had assumed everyone was already up on that, but then I read a friend's blog and she had just learned of it. So in order to make sure everyone knows, go here. Its a great way to listen to music. And its free! (edited to add: oooops! forgot to add the link the first time!)

Today I dug out my sewing machine and mended some shorts of Joe's, hemmed his shorts that I had cut off, and hemmed up some of my pants that I cut off to capri length. Felt good to get back into the sewing realm. Of course, I have a shirt cut out that I want to stitch up, but that will have to wait for another day.

Did I mention I was getting some blood work done? I don't remember who I've told, and who I haven't. Anyway, I found out my blood sugar and cholesterol readings are too high, so I've been ordered to follow a diabetic diet. I've been reading up and figuring out how to eat and when to eat. Change is never easy, but I seem to be getting the hang of it. The hard part is finding good substitutes for my sweet tooth.

Joe spent his first week at summer school and seemed to really enjoy it! He comes home for an hour and then goes to his afternoon program. He has time to chill between school and his afternoon gig which I think helps alot.

Earlier this week, I found the latest copy of "The Voice of the Martyrs". Anyone else read this? I read the main article to Michael about the persecution in North Korea, and I couldn't complete it without getting choked up. The horrendous torture and persecution the christians endure, because they will not bow to the dictator, but instead worship "the God of heaven" (their term, isn't that a wonderful description?)

The director of VOM also has a wonderful opening letter about evil in this world. Well worth a read if you can get your hands on a copy of it.

On the summer front, the hubster is still at loose ends at home. This must be how wives of newly retired husbands feel. I feel like I keep tripping over him. But hopefully this will change, as he has a potential interview next week. We're just waiting to get a call from the boss who is out of town this week. Prayers would be appreciated.

Why is May Such a Busy Month?

Busy, busy, busy! Not only here at Challenges & Adventures, but I notice it around other blogs as well. For me, we have several family b-days, plus there is Mother's Day, Memorial Day and Cinqo D'Mayo! There is the end of the school year activities and baseball heats up. Plus with spring solidly in place the call to be outside beckons us.

Which is all great, and family memories have been made, but it really sucks where blogging is concerned. I know you understand.

I have been loving my bike rides and have been exploring parts of the trails I haven't known about. I really need to find a bottle holder for my bike so i can carry my water bottle. And I can't wait til my hubby and son can get bikes and join me on my outings.

We took the Joe-boy to see Night of the Museum 2 yesterday. It was cute and he loved it, but for us adults it wasn't quite on par with the first one. We then went over to my brother's for a bar-b-q. My sis-in-law made yummy chicken shikabas.

On Sat the same sis in law and I went to the city farmers market. What fun! The booth that took my breath away was the gal who was selling peony blooms! She had hundreds of light pink and soft white peonies for sale. Did I mention that peonies are one of my top 5 fav flowers? I have had wonderful peony plants at a couple different homes we've had and I miss cutting bouquets of peonies every spring. Alas, I didn't buy any as I knew by the time we got home they'd be wilted. We had lots more shopping and fun. We checked out the Idaho Shakespeare Festival outdoor theatre. We are deciding which play we want to see together and when. And then we ended up at Barnes & Nobles to check out the latest mysteries and the sewing/crafting magazines. And of course, we didn't walk out empty handed.

Next up, the Joe-boy has 2 more weeks of school and then a half day of summer school for 6 or 7 weeks. There are more kids movies coming out and I'm sure we'll see a few of those. "Up" from Disney/Pixar looks especially delightful.

So what was your May like? And what does June hold for you and your family?

Summer???

Today and yesterday we have been in the mid 80's. Spring lasted 2 days I think. Actually, tomorrow will be in the mid 50's so I think spring is coming back. I hear of other places in the country having snow, and California breaking record temps. I'm not sure about global warming/cooling or whatnot, but something strange seems to be happening.

But the longer I live, the more convinced I am that the Lord God Almighty is in control. I wanted to post another WFW, but my computer is still not quite right and I haven't reloaded my pictures onto the machine. And I kinda need pics in order to do WFW, ya know?

My cardio workouts have been going well. I walked 5x last week and am shooting for 5x again this week. Hubby has promised me a professional pedicure if I complete 4 weeks of cardio 5x each week, so I am extra motivated to make it happen.

I have also been making cards. Lots of Mothers Day cards that I'm sending to my sister for her to sell at her school. A few thank you cards and some b-day cards as well. The last few times I've worked on the cards, they have really fallen together. Love that!

Last night, we went to a nearby park. It was so pleasant, and crowded! Who knew all these people would have the same idea. Thankfully, it is a large park. Lots of places for the kiddos to play, lots of picnic tables with people having bar-b-q's and b-day parties. A "beach" volleyball game was in play when we got there, teens playing frisbee on the grass, the nearby tennis courts in full use. Bikers, walkers, and skateboarders were all around. Mike and I had time to chat and relax on the grass and Joe had fun going down the slides. I defintely recommend going to parks in the spring and summer. Esp when one lives in a crackerjack box of an apt.

Have You Missed Me?

Remember me? Ya, I'm the one who took a bloggy break, and then promptly fell out of the blogging habit after coming back. Only 3 posts this month and its already the middle of the month. The 15th--smack dab middle!

But I have an excuse! And its a good one. I know you want to hear it too. Even if only to poo-poo it. I've been swallowed up by the sparkspeople site! Yes, its true. I have left my first love of blogging and found a new best friend! It's not you, oh no, never, it's me. Yes, its me you see. I'm now a sparks junkie. I spend many minutes a day checking in with the different teams I'm on, I record my fitness accomplishments (45 minutes on the treadmill today!! woo hoo!!!), track the amount of water I ingest, share with others how I'm feeling emotionally and whether I've avoided the M & M's that have been calling my name. They even give you points for things you do throughout the day. And you can take those points and redeem them for "goodies" for own page or give to someone else for their page. Oh those sparks people. They are tricky. They lure you in and pounce. And they know my weakness. They have set up their site so that I even have a blog on "my page". For the last two days, I have been writing all my good stuff on that blog! Oh the shame of leaving you, my treasured readers. So I had to come and confess.

I am ashamed, but I know I will be drawn back. Even now my email box is filling up with notices of new topics being discussed in my teams and people responding to my blog. Tho I know I cannot give up sparks, I will come back here often. I will continue to write on challenges and adventures. I will not be unfaithful forever ... Forgive my absence. And if you're brave enough, come visit me at sparkpeople.com you can find me under Gails Adventures.

This n That

Wasn't Easter wonderful? As we were driving to church yesterday, I was thinking that we don't have to wait for one day a year to celebrate. We can celebrate Christ's resurrection every day! Aren't we a blessed people? I know I am.

Easter sunday at our house was great. Had a great service with awesome, inspiring, humbling worship, had a great meal afterwards that I didn't have to cook (thank you honey for taking us out), had a great, tho short nap, and had an awesome evening with the family, doing nothing much at all.

Last week I stumbled across a great site. I had seen it awhile back but this time i really looked it over. its called sparkpeople.com and is a fitness/diet/tracking/community site. I have jumped in with both feet. If you're already on, or signing up my nickname is gailsadventures. You can add me as a friend, join many, many groups/communities, give people gifts, track your progress and so much more. It is the inspiration and encouragement and accountability that I've needed.

This afternoon I'm going to a 30 minute walk and doing some weight training. What are you doing today?

Blessings on you, my treasured readers,
til next time ....

April

DO YOU HAVE A LEAST FAVORITE MONTH?
I do. Its April.

I don't particularly like April Fools Day, and I really don't like tax day. Then there's the fact that most often April can be a rainy month. Especially when we lived in the Seattle area, rain was on the menu every day. Or so it seemed. This year in Boise we are having storm after storm flow through our beautiful valley and I'm not liking it, at all. I moved away from Seattle for a reason!

But if your word for the year is contentment than you'd better find something to enjoy about your least favorite month. And really, there is alot to enjoy about April.

Easter is coming. A wonderful time of year to be thankful for God's perfect gift for us. A reminder that we are loved and cherished by the King of the Universe. And that Christ died for our sins, so that we can stand clean before our Heavenly Father someday, hearing His welcoming words. Come my son/daughter, enter the Kingdom!

There are signs of spring as the forsythia is in bloom, daffodils, crocus' and tulips are sprouting and showing their glorious colors. The days are getting longer and are warming up the earth.

Life is resuming its rhythem. I enjoy rhythem. As much as I like to go on vacation or have something exciting to look forward to, the older I get the more I like the normal rhythem of life.

So how bout you? What are you enjoying about April?

Spring Break is Over

The #1 son went back to school this morning. After a week of sleeping in and lounging on the bed watching cartoons, it was a rude awakening for both him and me. I woke up with a start 20 minutes before the bus comes. Hubster and I jumped out of bed and quickly got the Joe-boy ready for his day. I went back to bed ....

We had a good week off. Hubster's professors didn't think much of the break as 3 of them assigned homework! But we still did a few things. The SUB has a bowling alley so we bowled a game. Hubby and I were grateful for the kiddie bumper they put up for Joe. I took Joe to see Monsters vs Aliens, which was cute. And Joe went swimming with his dad. We even ate out a couple nights.

Our trip was postponed as we are having some electical issues with the car and didnt' want to chance getting stranded. But we made up for it.

As far as spring is concerned tho, I'm still waiting for this famous "global warming" to kick in. Sat night we had hail and snow! We had rain off and on, and our temps are 10 degrees lower than normal. Ugh! Global cooling is more like it! I feel really sorry for those poor people in North Dakota fighting the flooding.

I'll be catching up on blog reading this week. And maybe I'll find a few new ones to pass on to you, my treasured reader.

My verse for the week is: "Then Jesus said to them "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist of the abundance of his possessions." Luke 12:15 Good reminder as I continue to declutter my house. And as I look through our spring and summer clothing to see what we need for this year.

I Got Nuthin'

Really, I don't. I have nuthin' at all. All that I have and ever hope to be .... do you remember that song? I forget the words now, but it goes along something like, I owe it all to thee (God). This week I've been listening to a 3rd Day cd and one of their songs talks about how I have nothing original to give to Him. All I have is from Him in the first place! I like that.

It reminds me of my place in life and helps me not to get big-headed. It puts the Lord in His proper place too, above all else! Almighty! All Powerful!! All Knowing!!

On the blogging front, I have nothin' either. I'm feeling brain dead. No funny stories, no catchy quaotes, no cute pics. We did have fun going swimming at the Y yesterday tho. And we all slept really good last night, coincidence?? I think not.

It's rainy and cloudy here. Spring is holding back on us. Maybe by friday.

I need to get meds for the #1 son and myself today--priority!

Spring break is next week and we're still talking about what we might do. I'm so ready for a little break.

So what's up in your neck of the woods, my treasured readers?

Do You Ever ...

wonder where the week has gone? #1 son was sick most of this week, and that has just shot my week to "you know where". I have so wanted to post. I missed WFW yesterday, and I have 2 new frugal posts half done. I spent 2 wasted hours trying to burn some discs--my computer refused to cooperate ... sigh. So its been one of those weeks.

But I have been able to visit bloggyland and catch up with the rest of you. For which I am thankful.

See ya soon!

Night or Nite? Thru or Through?

Well, it has come to my attention that if I want to be a serious blogger, I need to clean up my spelling and grammar. I do know how to spell. I was an English major after all. But all these years, I have written using no capitals unless I was referencing the Lord God. It was a unique identifier that I enjoyed, along with mispelling a few chosen words. But now, I must act like the professional writer I hope to become. Sigh ....

Now, maybe my husband, mother and brother will be able to read my blog without cringing. My husband recently told me he was boycotting my blog as it just hurt too much to read it. The trials, we creative types, have to put up with!

If I slip back into my old habits, don't hate me for it. Just know I'm a recovering individualist who likes to be unusual. Guess I'll have to find some other unique identifier now. Maybe I could create a brand new language??? No, too taxing and time consuming. If you think of anything creative, let me know. Maybe we'll start a brand new trend together.

catching up ...

did you know that getting on facebook can really put a dent into your blogging time? i feel like i've been neglecting my blog(s) and don't like that one bit! not one bit!!! so i'm resolved to spend a little less time playing around on facebook and a bit more time writing the intelligent, deep, humorous, suspenseful posts that i'm SO well known for--HA! well, maybe just some random ramblings will sufice.

how was your weekend? ours was good. we spent a minimal amount of time at circuit city, you know the store that has announced its going out of biz. we saw overpriced merchandise marked down 10%. what's up with that? i thot when you went out of biz you wanted to get rid of the stuff. you know, marked down say 50% or more! sigh ...

then we went to costco and looked around. we were actually there to get our son his pizza fix for the weekend. didn't find anything we couldn't live without, but did note a couple items for future purchases. and we ran into a friend from our former town--so fun! she was demonstrating a product so we chatted for a bit, til a customer came and claimed her attention.

church was good as usual. one interesting tidbit pastor shared was that the average attender comes 3 weeks out of every 5. i'm sure that average includes times when families are sick, on vacation, snowed in, the elderly who are recooperating from surgery or something. but still, that really suprised me. i guess cuz i live with a husband who insists on going every week, come h*ll or highwater!

yesterday afternoon, the hubster took #1 son to see the new kevin james movie: mall cop. both he and joe enjoyed it. and i enjoyed having the house to myself and working on valentine cards. crafting is my therapy. i absolutely love it. and tho its not nec cheap, its probably cheaper than seeing a therapist every week at $90 a pop. so thank you hubby! for giving me a gift of time to dabble in my crafts. he's a good man.

now today is the beginning of a new week. things on the to-do list beckoning me, laundry piles needing to be washed, dried and folded, food to be made, dishes to be washed, and people to be loved on.

have a wonderful week, peeps. i will be posting so come back soon.
